Job responsibilities:
(1) Review and analyze monthly financial results；Deep dive into financial results to reconcile variances and develop qualitative explanations and identify potential risks and/or opportunities for company plan.
(2) Prepare all unit cost report and necessary analysis，analyze financial budgetary reports and rolling forecast.
(3) Serve as business partner with business functions (R&D, Ops, etc.) for insightful analysis and modeling, and support R&D and Ops team and business team to understand variance, unit cost fluctuation, Track Monthly spending report (SG&A etc.).
(4) Support Ops team for cost savings, projects and necessary analysis. Support any cost analysis if needs. Cooperate with accounting, Op etc., team to manage project.
(5) Partner with Ops team and business unit to drive productivity, brainstorm to seek new opportunity, standardize process.
Position Qualifications:
(1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 5 years working experience in manufactory industry, including at least 2 years cost analysis experience.
(2) SAP system is a major advantage, proficient in computer skills, PPT, Excel and Word are must, good excel formula application is plus.
(3) Good command of English and communication skills.
(4) Team player, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at the same time and work under pressure.
